A 200 MB project folder needs 200 MB plus encrypted metadata from your unused 1 GB allowance. Other active files and links use the same account space. Ask your recipient to save the delivery within three days.
Use Pro when storage or receiving time is the constraint.
Pro increases account storage to 100 GB and file availability to thirty days. Its ten-computer allowance is for your own devices, not ten team members. Friends and coworkers keep separate accounts.
Monthly or annual: the same Pro features.
Pay $12 USD monthly or $120 USD for a year in advance. Annual billing works out to $10 per month and saves $24 per year compared with twelve monthly payments. Applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Storage, sessions and file availability are separate.
Storage is shared across your active transfers and links, including encrypted metadata. It is not a monthly transfer-volume allowance or a per-file promise. Free links allow five download sessions; Pro links allow twenty. A session can count even if saving does not finish. Clipboard items expire after one hour on either plan.
Upgrade and manage renewal in your account.
Upgrade in Filelane. Subscriptions renew until canceled; canceling stops the next renewal and keeps the paid period available. If a billing-period switch is scheduled, use Settings → Account → Cancel renewal in Filelane. Otherwise use Manage billing; support can help if you cannot access the app. See subscription terms for details.
